My Work
At OpenGov, I served as Lead Product Designer, scaling accessibility and user research practices across the entire organization. I partnered with product and engineering teams to embed inclusive design into our culture, delivered research-driven features that simplified government workflows, and helped establish standards that made accessibility a core value rather than a compliance checkbox.
Before OpenGov, I spent several years at CVS Health leading a diverse team of 18 designers, content strategists, and inclusive design specialists. We collaborated closely with product and engineering leadership to influence strategy with rigorous user research, ultimately delivering initiatives that simplified healthcare access for millions of members.
My earlier work as a contractor gave me breadth across industries—I’ve conducted foundational research, designed interfaces, and built design system components for organizations in consumer electronics, SaaS, insurance, education, and healthcare, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bose, Boston Children’s Hospital, John Hancock, Liberty Mutual, and many others.
What Drives Me
I care deeply about design that works for people—especially those who need it most. Whether I’m shaping a single flow or building the practices that help an entire organization design more inclusively, I focus on outcomes that are measurable, not just polished.
Beyond Design
Based in Boston, I write about visual design—recently exploring animation and icon systems. I also perform and write music with my band, surf when I can, rock climb, and constantly pick up new languages. Always happy to connect with fellow designers, researchers, and accessibility advocates.
